Sprites builds an agentic AI copilot tailored for SMB marketing, growth, and user acquisition. We want to help you get in front of people who need your product on autopilot, so you can focus on things that make your business unique.

Our product is founded on AI codegen, a frontier AI capability which lets non-technical users create and deploy powerful AI apps and automations.

Sprites is a lean, hard working, highly experienced team of builders from Snap, Stripe, Twitter/X, Dropbox, Peloton, Microsoft, and Replika who’ve built AI products reaching 100's millions.

We’re backed by top-tier investors (including Y Combinator and backers of Coinbase and Instacart) and are on the cusp of our breakthrough growth phase.

You will:

• Help define and create both the core product and technology stack, along with the founders and the CTO
• Own every nook and cranny and pixel on the screen the users interact with. This should excite you!
• Own and implement all user facing features in our NextJS app with a high level of polish and user delight
• Build features across the board- anything from core AI agents features, Sprites agent execution platform to classic SaaS features like authentication, team management, and billing
• Develop server apps, cloud functions, cron jobs, etc., to support live and networked user features such as push notifications
• Actively be using/scanning similar AI products for the latest features to work propose an prototype into our own product offering.
• Contribute to overall developer velocity by smartly investing in our front end tools
• Utilize feature flags, experiments, and surveys, etc to rapidly prototype and deliver new feature ideas for growth.
